I started my high school career at Commerce High School.  My dad was in the U.S. Army so we had to move at the end of my sophomore year there.  I moved to Edmond Memorial High School and graduated high school in 1986.  I joined the U.S. Army 5 days after I graduated and was a paratrooper in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, N.C. from 1986-1989.  I moved around a few times after the military, I was working full time and going to various colleges including The University of Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER!)  I finally graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Central Oklahoma in 1994. I started out as a police officer at The University of Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER!)  I then became a municipal police officer in a suburb of Oklahoma City.  I became an Oklahoma State Trooper in 2002.  I worked various assignments including Oklahoma City metro and OKC rural counties.  I worked several Tulsa rural counties and finished up in Delaware County.

I started my teaching career at Ketchum Middle School in 2015-2016.   While at Ketchum I taught 6th grade Science, Math and Geography. This is my 3rd year as a Wardog at Will Rogers Middle School. I have taught 6th and 7th Geography as well as coaching duties.
